GenesisCipher Labs Private Limited ("GenesisCipher Labs", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website (genesiscipherlabs.io) and how we handle it. This policy covers this website only. Our HomeSafe iPhone application is governed by its own in-app privacy notice and the privacy information shown on its App Store listing; please refer to those for how the app handles data such as location.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (provided by Vercel Inc. as our processor) to collect aggregated, privacy-friendly usage and performance data — such as page views, referrers, approximate device/browser type, and performance timings. These tools are designed to operate without advertising cookies and without identifying you personally.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, phone number (optional), and message. This is delivered to us by email and used only to respond to your enquiry.
When you ask us to bring HomeSafe to your city, we collect your email address, phone number (optional), and the city or area you enter. This is delivered to us by email and used only to register your interest and to let you know when HomeSafe reaches your area.
Our servers and hosting provider process standard technical information such as your IP address and request metadata. We use your IP address transiently to apply rate limiting and to protect our forms from abuse. The contact page may load an embedded Google Map; if it does, Google receives data necessary to serve the map in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
